Account Executive: POSITION SUMMARY

The position requires franchise sales presentations to large groups on a monthly basis.
The position also requires individual sales presentations on a daily basis. This position requires lead follow up, qualifying, and contract signing on a daily basis.
This position regularly takes action on leads that are initiated internally. This position works closely with a development team in operations, marketing, and pre-opening support.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This is not an entry level opportunity
• Proven ability to provide continuous exceptional service to clients
• Sales and marketing experience
• Full Scale project management experience required
• Full knowledge of franchising disclosure and sales legality
• 5-10 years successful experience in franchise sales to individuals
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrable experience as the leader in their present environment
• Deal making success
• Local daily travel and monthly travel to Atlanta, GA required
• Up to 50% travel.

Personal Training Director: POSITION SUMMARY

The position requires strong leadership and sales skills. Education in nutrition and exercise is a must! The position also requires individual sales presentations on a daily basis. This position requires leading a group of personal trainers to success, client follow up, qualifying, and agreement signing on a daily basis. This position regularly takes action on leads that are initiated internally. This position leads a local group of personal trainers and works closely with a development team in operations, and marketing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full knowledge of nutrition and exercise and more specially personally training
• 3-5 years successful experience in personal training and/or personal training leadership

• Deal making success
• Local daily travel and quarterly travel to Atlanta, GA required
• Up to 75% local travel.
